Thank you for choosing HATO Leather handmade leather goods. To help each piece reach you safely, please review the shipping arrangements below.

Production and Dispatch

Made-to-order items: as every leather piece is handcrafted, the typical production lead time is 18 working days. Please refer to the site banner for the latest update.

During peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day, dispatch times may change. Any update will be announced on the site banner.

Local Delivery (Hong Kong)

Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express.

For orders below HK$900, shipping is payable on delivery (approximately HK$30, depending on weight). Orders over HK$900 qualify for complimentary delivery within Hong Kong only.

Delivery is available to residential and business addresses, SF Express service points, SF stations, and smart lockers.

Macau and Taiwan Delivery

Macau: shipped via SF Express; shipping is payable on delivery.

Taiwan: shipped via SF Express. Under Taiwan customs requirements, recipients must provide a national ID number and complete real-name verification in the EZ WAY app for customs clearance.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide, typically via Hongkong Post Speedpost. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. The Hong Kong complimentary-delivery offer does not apply to international orders.

Packaging

Each item is checked before dispatch and presented in a minimalist HATO Leather gift box.
